Our instructors
Each of our instructors is a certified professional with years of experience. We have trained at top yoga schools, and it is important for us to continually evolve in order to pass on our knowledge and experience to our students. Our team is made up of experts who respect your individual needs and help tailor the practice to your level.
- Maria Petrova – Founder and head teacher. Has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and specializes in hatha yoga and meditation.
- Oleg Ivanov – Ashtanga yoga instructor. Helps students develop strength, flexibility and concentration through intensive practices.
- Elena Smirnova – Specialist in yoga for beginners. With her help, even beginners will easily learn the basics and advance confidently.
- Anton Pavlov – Yoga therapy instructor.
- Works with people who have chronic diseases and back pain.
